    odd, I thought ICPL owned the land at Awarua? or does it just manage it for ICC?, Those numbers are horrendous, now into huge negative equity (although ICHL will use the losses to write off across the group) It’s definitely not a good looking company and given over $50K goes in directors fees, it would be best dealt with under ICHL’s directors to stem the hemorrhaging.

      Yes they are only the ‘managers’ and Sycamore has the Awarua Development as his portfolio. He is in effect paid for his ‘portfolio’. Lucky the other cllrs don’t want paid for their portfolios
