Director Fees

5 Nov

I have shopping and a school trip but I have just received the annual reports for Invercargill City Property and Forestry.  An earlier blog post showed Invercargill City Property paid a total of $8,333 in director fees.  The annual report is showing it is now $50,000.  WTF!?!

This buggers belief, the company has almost no assets, incredibly modest income and 50% of its expenditure is now on Director’s fees, exactly what are these Directors doing to justify such a departure from commercial norms for such fees, arguably its an executive board because there is no management, but that’s not really true when you take into account the role of shiney ass’s like the CEO and Cameron etc… this doesn’t pass the sniff test, somethings dicky….

And check out the related party notes – the $100k income is from ICC….your ratepayer dollars at work!

Got something to say?
