Agreed

Phillip Todd makes a very good point in yesterday’s letter to the editor.  Until the likes of Alan Dennis find a cold dark hole to crawl into we will continue to have a closed shop at ILT.  They are stuck in a rut of building barn like drinking establishments in out of the way places.  Peter Redpath had some great ideas and I believe it is ILT and Invercargill’s loss that he was not elected.

Today’s paper reiterates to me that ICC believe $16M + is justified or a remedy whereas I see it as their attempt to fix their ‘failures’ of the past in the inner city.

If more people realised the impact elected positions can have in our day to day lives they may pay more attention and vote.
