You Can’t Get Good Help These Days

4 Oct

It’s pretty bad when you get your own web address wrong on your own website in your press release.  That happens when you outsource to Venture Southland I suppose, or did they just steal Venture Southland’s blog post without proofing it?

“Tickets for the event will be on sale shortly,” he said.

Actually their website claims they will be on sale 7 October, sadly the press release doesn’t say that.

And A2B haven’t altered their website to reflect the postponement and the wild food festival are still linking to them.

Thats made my day. The only thing that could make it better would be to see the comment, ” Gee thanks Kylie for noticing that”
The fundamental reason for consultation is the dragging together various minds to collectively get the best result. Then we need to be gracious and say thanks

I put a comment on VS blog to say link didn’t work. They replied that it worked but someone else had already fixed it! Thanked me for my vigilance…lol. Seemingly it was an ICC press release. Funny I thought they employed someone for that sort of thing.

Got something to say?
