Mayoral Hopefuls

The Southland Times finally decides to acknowledge there is an election going on.  I don’t how they decided the order but noticed incumbents were first off the ranks.  As Gary Tong says

By now every person on the electoral roll will have received the voting papers and may have already voted.

Over 10% returned already and the Times decide to get involved.  The horse has bloody near bolted.
